CORONA VIRUS UPDATE – COVID19
While we remain open and fully operational, in these unprecedented times, we want to share what we are doing at My Beautiful Boudoir to protect the health and wellbeing of all our clients and staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Following government request –
– We have had to temporarily close the studio as of 24th of March. However, whilst our doors may be shut, we are still very much available to answer your calls, emails and to book your shoots.
Updated Cancellations Terms
We totally understand that due to this pandemic, there might be a need for you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
– In order to facilitate the financial obligations to our staff and suppliers, our cancellation refund policy remains in place but we will be happy to reschedule/postpone your shoot to a later date at no extra cost.
– Please note that any outstanding balances will be required to be completed in order for us to do so and sufficient notice (4hrs minimum) must be provided. No shows will result in forfeiture of payments made.
Moving Forward
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our customers for their continued support and business. We are reviewing the situation daily so that we can adapt to any changes or developments. As always, we are open to your suggestions on how we can be of any assistance.
