In the following terms and conditions, “the photographer/ us” shall mean Trebon Photographic Designs trading as My Beautiful Boudoir.

1.1 Copyright – The rights in material on this site are protected by our copyright, software and trademark laws and you agree to use this site in a way which does not infringe these rights. “Right-clicking” or Screen printing” of images or text are highly prohibited.

1.2 – Full worldwide copyright to images remains with us and although we always ask permission to use images on our website or other business promotions/marketing, we however reserve all rights.

1.3 – Digital files supplied retain our Copyright and permission must be requested for any commercial use unless prior agreements had been made. Prints supplied are licensed as prints only and any duplications, enlargements, scans or similar actions are highly prohibited.

2.1 Booking – Your appointment with us will be guaranteed on receipt of a deposit / full payment.

3.1 Payments – Full payment is required for bookings made 3 or more months ahead. Online payment can be made by bank transfer, debit/credit card or PayPal.  Studio payment can be made with a cheque, cash, bank transfer, debit/credit card* (*3% fee applies).

3.2 Giveaways & Offers – Winners are chosen at discretion. A booking fee of £50.00 is required to confirm booking. This can be used towards purchasing additional photos/products during session. We reserve the rights to cancel any on-going promotions at any given time.

4.1 Cancellation – As all our sessions are booked as and when needed, payment made to us is used to secure your place with our vendors (i.e makeup artist, hair stylist, photographer, studio reservation etc) These financial obligations mean that we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund in any circumstance (UNLESS cancellation was due to our direct fault).

Please note that should you need to reschedule your appointment within 72hrs of your booking, a further deposit will be required to schedule a future session. We kindly request at least 4 days notice to reschedule your session, please note that due to limited availabilities, we might be unable to provide requested dates or weekend sessions.

No shows or late cancellations will incur full payment. Payments/deposits made towards images are non-refundable and if your order is cancelled, full payment will be required.

5.1 Force Majeure – In the unlikely event beyond our control owning to an accident, natural disasters, illness or victim of crime or fire. Your appointment may be cancelled, and refund will be paid in FULL if required or a new date rescheduled. Images lost/destroyed in this process will result in a reshoot. Size of prints supplied may vary from International Standards (ISO), please request size details if in doubt.

6.1 Complaint – If you have any reason for a complaint, this must be done in writing (by email or post) within seven days of receiving your product(s) or service(s) to the address above. These Terms and Conditions may change at any time. You will be deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions (as amended) when you next use our service(s).
